IN-CIRCUIT FIXTURES:

Equip-Test offers a large variety of Standard ICT (In-Circuit) Test Fixtures. In all cases we use Standard Fixture Kits from Ingun for customizing. All our Fixtures are equipped with Digital Stroke Counters, Cover Closing Switches and the specific Interface related to a wide range of common IC Test Systems. Should Test Application Software also be required, then this can also be supplied though our engineers or partner companies.

The following Test Systems can be supported:

We use our own Test Fixture Kit Designs for following Test Systems:

• Manual / Pneumatic Push-Button Activation
• Assembly of PCB Engraving and Marking Units
• LED Testing (by using Light Probes)
• Connector Testing
• Implementation of TestJet / OpensExpress etc.
• Side-Approach Mechanisms – also for contacting from 3 sides, i.e. top, bottom & side.
• Fixtures equipped with Alum-A-Grip (lifting rails)
• Tandem customizing also offered

Last but not least we also offer Spare Parts for Test Fixtures and Interfaces, e.g. Pressure Frames, Standard Probes, Interface Test Probes, Counter-pressure Springs, Push-rods, etc.
