FUNCTIONAL TEST FIXTURES:

Functional Test Fixtures are always designed and built according to customer demands. In this case a clear definition of the testing demands is vital.

We customize Manual Test Fixtures from Ingun, Mini-Mechs from Cortek Engineering. Furthermore we design our own Test Fixtures using CAD systems from Solidworks. The Plates of these Fixtures are made of either FR4 or CEM-1 materials. Both can be applied with an anti-static coating.

Functional Test Fixtures can be used mass, medium or low series production environments. Competitive pricing solutions can be offered in all cases.

In the case of Programming Stations, Repair Stations or Functional Test Stations, our Mini-Mech solutions are a very competitive price alternative.

Furthermore we can also offer Test Fixtures for Climate Chambers.
