Cable Harness Test Modules

Equip-Test designs, develops and manufactures Test Modules for the Cable Harness Industry. We are able to supply Clip-Test Modules, Electrical Test Modules, Leak Test Modules and Push-Back Test Modules.

The top plates of the modules are made of different materials to ensure highest quality and steadfastness against wear. The modules operate as a counter-part of a connector, and are equipped with Ingun Cable-Harness Probes, which offer the best test results and highest reliability. Precise adaptation of the connectors into our modules is guaranteed.

Our modules are designed so that it is impossible to swap or twist the tested connectors. To ensure that the wire stays in the right place during the testing modus, we install pneumatic locking systems into our modules. When required, our Test Modules are equipped with a release button so that the operator can release the connectors either manually after test or automatically via the test system.

The Test Modules from Equip-Test are assembled with the renowned ingun Test Probes. A large assortment of spring loaded Test Probes with numerous different tip-styles as well as various Switching Probes and push-back Probes are available, to ensure the best contacts of the connector pins in the different connectors.

Our Engineering Team is keen to develop the most suitable Test Module for your needs. By using SolidWorks, we are not only able to provide you a 3D model in advance (to allow you to check the future module) but also, if necessary, to modify the design according to your requirements.

Test Modules from Equip-Test can be implemented in all common Cable Harness Test Systems, i.e. TSK, Adaptronic, Emdep etc.

Our low-cost Clip Tests solutions are mainly used in assembly lines. Clip Test Modules are equipped with pneumatics and are automatically disconnected after completion of the test.
